This is our premier Juicy Style IPA! The juicy yeast strain brings out a ton of citrus aromas and flavors. The medium fermentation temp (68) balances fruity ester & hop aromas. We add magnum hops for a clean bitterness, then dryhop with Chinook and Simcoe for piney, spicy, & berry aromas.

Grains/Adjuncts: Dextrin Malt (Carapils), Munich Malt, Wheat Malt
